If you have any questions about our products, the ordering process or any of your orders, please feel free to contact us at any time by e-mail at info@emmiundmax.de.

We always endeavor to answer you as quickly as possible. From Monday to Friday, we can usually do this within 48 hours (but usually faster). But please understand that we also have families. Weekends and public holidays are therefore also free time for us. Thank you very much for that.
We are often very difficult to reach by phone as we are either at the cutting table, serving customers in our little shop in Vauban (Freiburg im Breisgau) or have our own little whirlwinds running around us. So please feel free to contact us by e-mail.

We are also very happy if you keep in touch with us on social media. Your sewing projects and the exchange of ideas with us are incredibly enjoyable. However, please understand that we cannot answer questions about orders or even complaints on Facebook and Instagram. We would simply lose the overview if such inquiries were processed on many different channels. Thank you for your understanding.
